Often times a customer thinks a repair is quite simple when there is quite a bit of expertise involved to do the job correctly, even a job as simple as a ring sizing. We will size a ring so you can’t tell it’s been worked on. We will use the proper karat solder, check all the stones and how secure they are set. Polish and clean it so it looks as good as the day it was new!

Erica has performed tens of thousands of repairs in her 11 year career and is equally as meticulous. Our 2 master goldsmiths have a combined 49 years experience and our customers can talk to the goldsmith who will be working on their jewelry. Erica’s Fine Jewelry is the only store in Southeast WI. or Northeast IL. that has a Laser Welder in its shop. This enables us to expertly perform even the most delicate repairs in-house and do repairs that would otherwise require removing the stones so they are not damaged by the jeweler’s torch. With the Laser welder we can even repair eyeglasses.
