Warranty & Refund Policy

15 days for a full refund provided the jewelry is undamaged and unaltered. Between 15 and 30 days we will gladly exchange or issue a store credit. Custom jewelry is non-returnable, non-refundable. We will warranty anything we sell against manufacturer defect 100% for 2 full years. Our custom jewelry has a lifetime guarantee.

Our Warranty:

This piece from Erica's Fine Jewelry is lifetime guaranteed against all forms of manufacturer's defects, such as unexplained stone loss or metal cracks and separation. Pieces that feature micropave work also carry a one year warranty for diamond melee loss during regular wear. Erica's Fine Jewelry is not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear. In the case of stone loss or item damage, a thorough inspection will be performed on the item to determine its cause and if the repair is covered by us. Thank you for choosing Erica's Fine Jewelry!
